| Leading Others through Turbulent Times |
 |
| Regina Clark, a frequent LO presenter, will lead the presentation |
It’s easy to be a good leader when things are calm, employees are competent, customers are polite and the economy is thriving. Unfortunately, that’s not where we are right now. It seems as if every day we read about another company that is declaring bankruptcy, laying off workers or closing their doors for good. Customers are hording their money and leaders are trying to figure out what strategy to implement next to generate revenue. Truly great leaders emerge when situations become chaotic, employees are frustrated and confusion is the norm. There are a few things that great leaders do that are fairly consistent.
Join alumni from Leadership Orange for a timely, dynamic workshop titled Leading Others through Turbulent Times. During this workshop, you will learn ten strategies that great leaders use to move others through turbulent times as quickly as possible.
The workshop will be facilitated by Regina Clark, CSP, an international speaker, author, and executive coach. Regina is a Certified Speaking Professional, a designation held by less than 90 women worldwide. For the past seven years, Regina has donated her time and expertise to Leadership Orange.
The workshop is April 14, 2010 from 9:00-11:00AM at the Homewood Suites near Stewart Airport. The workshop includes breakfast and materials. The fee is $99 for the general public and $79.00 for Leadership Orange alumni. This workshop is a fundraiser for Leadership Orange and is sponsored by Homewood Suites.
Register by calling Sandy at 845-457-1550 or Regina Clark at 845-294-7089. Any questions contact regina@reginaclark.net.
